In your lab notebook: Define: Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, Telophase, Interphase, DNA, Chromosone, and Centrioles, then copy the Mitosis diagram of the stages in page 130 and the Meiosis stages in pages 132-3.
Project: In your group make a booklet of Meiosis and Mitosis using pictures and poetry.

To get a passing grade, you have to know what happens with the nucleus and the DNA in each stage.
To get an "A" you have to know the vocabulary: Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, and Telophase look in Biology Principles and Explorations p. 131
To see the stages of Mitosis look in Biology Principles and Explorations p.130, Figure 6-10
