Biomes

Temperate Forest

Temperate Forest covers much of the Northern Hemisphere. There are many types of temperate forest, such as the temperate rain forest of Washington State, USA. In California, USA, you will find coniferous temperate forest, and covering the eastern borders of the USA, broadleaf temperate forest dominate.

Temperate Forest have seasonal climates, with snow in the winter, and warm weather in the summer. Rain varies depending upon location.
