The following information is required for each member to earn their grades.

Each member will be primarily responsible for completing one of the following items:

Each member shall also be responsible for assisting in the completion of the project by researching an equal amount of information as all other members. You may use the following table to record each member's responsibility both in terms of the member's individual responsibility, and the member's fair share of the group's responsibility.

Included in the above, each day, every member is responsible for presenting a memo detailing what they accomplished during that day. For instance, on the first day, the Power Point designer shall have a general design for the Power Point presentation, the writer shall have an outline, or brain storming sheet, or concept map of the written report, and the Oral Presenter shall have an outline, or concept map, or a brain storming sheet of the speech for the presentation. In the case of the fourth member, the Coordinator shall have a list of WEB sites, and/or information about at least four of the above categories. On each subsequent day, each member shall write a memo detailing at least four additional pieces of information, or more detailed information about four old pieces of information.
