- Students will
be able to describe the primary, secondary, tertiary, and quantinary
structure of proteins.
- Students will
be able to list and describe at least three basic functions of proteins.
- Students will
be able to describe the structure and function of carbohydrates.
- Students will be able to describe the structure and function of
lipids.
